Estate Agents of the Year - Gold Winner Midlands The Estate Agents of the Year Awards took place in June 2004 and gilbert & thomas were invited to take part and were short listed along with 90 other firms split into 13 regions and were crowned Gold Award winners for the Midlands Region. As well as the recognition of being one of the best in the business, it is voted for by the public. 100% of the buyers and sellers said they would buy or sell through gilbert & thomas again. |

The National Association Of Estate Agents in association with the Daily Express and sponsored by PSG (The Property Search Group) wanted to put the record straight by finding out who are the best Estate Agents in the country. The Estate Agent of the Year Awards has been launched to establish which Estate Agents provide the best customer service throughout the homebuying process. The awards will become the recognised vehicle for acknowledging and rewarding quality service based on research conducted among homebuyers and homesellers throughout the UK . Winning one of these prestigious awards demonstrates both commitment to, and achievement of, the highest standards of customer care. |

The Estate Agent of the Year Awards are voted for by the customers, and offer clients the chance to say exactly what they think about the service agents provide. The awards give a unique opportunity to assess how successfully agents meet their clients needs, and how they fare against other estate agents in the area and nationally. Feedback from clients is after all, the real test of quality of the service agents provide. The results are based on more than 6,000 questionnaires received from agents' customers. |
